You will be a BrandAmbassador across the L’Oréal Luxe prestigious portfolio of brands that aredominating the beauty market across Cosmetics, Skincare and Fragrance : 

Lancôme, YvesSaint Laurent, Urban Decay, Giorgio Armani, and Luxury Designer Fragrances.

Your Mission….

Coaching anddeveloping your team to host your customers across our beauty play zones, youwill immerse them in memorable and genuine face to face store experiences,developing personal connections with your customers to build trust andloyalty. Being a personal shopper foryour customers allows you to identify and understand needs, providing tailoredrecommendations and education on products. You will make it your own but makeit all about them.

You will have astrong business acumen, including experience within sales analysis &inventory management. You will be self -driven and can motivateyourself to deliver on individual sales targets, working with your Area Managerto set personal team targets and monitor each team members performance, tobuild on their capabilities. You will ooze passion for our brands and delivering exceptional service, being a luxe role model, leading by example to your teams to deliver memorable experiences. You love keeping up to date with the latestcosmetics and skincare trends and applications. Our teams are passionate forcross category selling across our iconic products, by sharing key benefits andfeatures to our products. You are a real people person and will developand coach your team to deliver best practises to hosting new and existingcustomers in store, taking them on a personalised journey Deliver individual consultations, bydemonstrating empathy with sharing tailored recommendations.

Support AndDevelopment…

Yourinduction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, EducationMentor and Peers. From the beginning you will be set up online with inductionmodules across Retail Skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, Fragrance and Business/Operations Management. Following this a full training induction will also beheld in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to support yoursuccess. You will attend quarterly team trainings whereyou will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get toplay with all our new iconic products You will have access to E-Learning modules whereyou can develop yourself, we will support your development with a best in thebusiness experience. Thefuture is yours We will support your progression leading into an Area Manageror Head Office role.
