**Job Title: Brighton Bike Share Redistribution Driver**

**Summary**:
Building on the success of the original scheme, the Brighton bike share scheme was relaunched in 2023 and now consists of nearly 800 bikes at 100 locations. Working with our friendly operations team provides varied, interesting, and rewarding work.

**Location**:
Bike Share Operations Centre, Southwick, BN42 4EN.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Redistribution of bikes between hubs (driving/loading/unloading).
- Use of the management app and team communication system.
- Route planning, decision making, and prioritisation.
- Performs battery swaps and other fault finding and resolution.
- Integrating with the rest of the 'Operations' team.

**Person Specification**:

- We are looking for a reliable, diligent team player with excellent timekeeping.
- An experienced driver comfortable with driving larger vehicles.
- Physically fit and capable of meeting the demands of a position that involves moving/lifting multiple bikes.

**Skills/Experience**:

- Full clean driving license.
- Physically fit.
- Mechanically minded.
