MainResponsibilities:

  • Reablement
  • Companionship
  • Providingpersonal care duties
  • Administering andmanaging medication
  • Manual handling usingequipment where required
  • Flexibly work a rangeof shift patterns including alternate weekends
  • Help in accessing the community and promotingcustomer health and wellbeing.
