What you'll bring to the table:

Knowledge of Estate's Management is essentialExperience working in customer facing (either internal or external) environment so you understand the dynamics of supplier-client relationships3+ years experience in a leading role for a technical delivery team with line management responsibilityUnderstanding of a variety of delivery methodologies (especially Scrum and Kanban)Experience working with a combination of cloud and on-premise technologiesAn understanding of the need to be flexible and tailor your approach depending on who you're working with.
