ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently Enterprise Solutions is not fully staffed to performoperations and maintenance for its inplace applications in additionto developing new enterprise facing applications.

Here are some details of what is desired:

A systems analyst is required to provide technicalanalysis user documentation and coordinate changes forlegacy.net applications as well as for new enterprisesolutions.

This individual will be expectedto work with the current development team to quickly learn VITAsbase system to support and expand it.

Thisposition will be responsible for interacting with agency customerson a daily basis to provide guidance on the usage and developmentof .NET applications. This position will serve as the technicalexpert in implementation maintenance and support and also has theability to facilitate and promote the use applications to improveoperational efficiencies and customer service at VITA.

Knowledge of full application lifecycle development andproject design tools and methodologies.
Ability tospecify and design technical solutions and demonstrate competencein developing solutions in cooperation with thecustomer.
Excellent communication skills includingwritten and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.Strong analytical skills.
Requires strong interpersonalskills including the ability to work well on a team share andcollaborate on projects help develop technical and strategyitems.
Requires ability to conduct business in aprofessional manner and have ability to interact with all levels oforganizations partners and vendors.
Demonstratedplanning and organizing ability can prioritize work activities;uses time efficiently.
Ability to maintain the highestlevel of confidentiality.
Ability to multitask betweenconcurrent assignments prioritizes effectively and work in fastpaced organization.
Must have the ability to interactwith customers in a positive professional manner. In particularmust be able to listen to business user needs translate them intobusiness and technical requirements and implement solutions to meetthese needs using MS Dynamics CRM or xRM COTS packages or.NET.
Ability to decompose business requirements intotestable system requirements for development and testingpurposes.

Mandatorysystem analysis experience
Demonstrated experience withMicrosoft technologies
Computer Science Degree or acombination of education and experience my substitute fordegree
Experience with testing scripts and systemtesting a plus.
Experience with business process and/orworkflows required.
Experience with use cases aplus.
Experience with logical data flows aplus.
Experience working with diversified stakeholdersand understanding the project needs.

PREFERRABLES:
Bachelor degree in related field or acombination of education and experience.
Public Sectorbackground/experience a plus.
