Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £34,000 to £42,000 per annum

Job Summary:

The Health and Safety Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analysing health, safety, and facilities management data across our UK & Ireland distribution network. Utilising Power BI, the analyst will identify trends, develop insightful dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing workplace safety. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Major Duties & Responsibilites:

Utilising business intelligence (Power BI) to analyse health, safety, and FM data across our UK & Ireland distribution network to assist site-based teams in identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvementDeveloping and managing insightful dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics related to workplace Health, Safety, and statutory FM complianceCollaborating with DC Health & Safety Managers and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies for enhancing health and safety practicesConducting thorough data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of health and safety dataSupporting in the development and implementation of Safety tools to assist Line Managers/DC Health & Safety Managers in day-to-day activity, compliance, and continuous improvementStaying updated on industry regulations and best practices to inform data analysis and recommendationsWorking collaboratively with the wider Health & Safety team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practicesCarrying out any general administration duties such as document control, diary management, document storage and such likePerforming any other reasonable duties as required, commensurate with the role

Technical Compentencies:
