Now, we're inviting you to join our team as a Service Desk Workshop Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our valued clients.
The Role:
As a Service Desk Workshop Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' IT success. Your duties will include:
Setting up, maintaining, and upgrading desktop equipment with precision and expertise. Delivering and configuring end-user equipment at client sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Managing tickets efficiently, keeping clients informed every step of the way and ensuring timely resolution of issues.About You:
We're looking for someone with:
A passion for customer service and a knack for problem-solving. Basic knowledge of computer systems and hardware. Previous experience in IT service desk support (preferred but not essential).
