SHIFT PATTERN (40 hours, 4 days per week)

We’re looking for a Concierge to join our vibrant and dynamic Rooms Division team. Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is the newest jewel to be opening in Mayfair. It’s another world; an oasis of calm in the heart of the city, with the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

As a key member of the Concierge team we are looking for someone with a passion for delivering a unique, tailored, and outstanding guest experience. A confident, approachable and curious individual with a natural ability to problem solve and interact with guests.

As a Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

Natural passion towards customer service Able to assist with Guest Requests To reconcile the on-site parking with the carpark log sheet. To check arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests needs. To greet our guests, residents and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally Enthusiastic in delivering outstanding customer service Reliable and flexible with daily tasks Confident, composed, approachable and able to motivate fellow colleagues under
pressure Passionately knowledgeable of restaurants, bars and attractions in London Flexible in supporting the Front of House operations in the lobby area Hold a current full driving licence to support the valet team when necessary

As a Concierge , you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
