About the role

Transformation Director

18 month FTC

This is a hybrid role and will involve travel to both our Manchester and London offices as required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, governance, execution and evaluation of the digital transformation programme, ensuring alignment with the COO’s strategy
• Drive the delivery of the digital transformation programme within an ambitions timeframe and oversee the multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder expectations
• Provide guidance and support to workstream leads and project teams to ensure quality and consistency of outputs and outcomes
• Drive the delivery of the GOM, working closely with the COO and Central Services leaders to understand the requirements of each function to deliver a truly global Central Services offering
• Develop and maintain a detailed programme plan, budget, and risk register, and monitor and report on progress
• Identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may affect the success of the transformation programmes

About you

Essential

• Extensive experience in leading and delivering large-scale, complex transformation programmes in a global context – at speed and in an agile, environment where not all requirements can be known in advance
• Strong knowledge of programme and project management methodologies
• Strong leadership, influencing and relationship building skills with the ability to foster collaboration and trust across a diverse global stakeholder group
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the vision, objectives, and progress of programmes to various audiences and levels
• Strong knowledge of technology trends and best practices, including digital transformation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions.
