In this role, you'll take the lead on various aspects of multiple small to medium sized water utility projects, covering both wastewater and potable water schemes, primarily within key client long-term frameworks. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Lead and manage projects with full accountability for successful delivery.
- Oversee project contracts, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Handle change management, including early warnings, variations, and client negotiations.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, identifying risks and required resources.
- Assess and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure quality management processes are adhered to for all project activities.
- Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor performance.
- Lead bid management for design tenders on standalone projects and framework contracts.

Qualifications
Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in delivering water and wastewater/ treatment projects.
- Have strong commercial, risk management and contractual skills and experience, e.g. NEC4.
- A degree or equivalent in a related engineering subject, and/or equivalent experience.
- Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards).
