ABOUT THE ROLE:

Supports the Product Director in developing a vision and roadmap, based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight for Data Feeds & Inbound platform Ensure appropriate level of support is provided on product query escalations from Customer Success & Sales Ensuring effective day to day management of third-party data suppliers & carriers Ensuring that Customer Success teams have relevant collateral and information to support Customer product queries  Provides support on new product suite across all Scoping, Planning and Launch activity for Product Team

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Creates, owns and develops the product roadmap using customer validation – customer driven development approach. Lead Status data squad to ensure cross business activity is up to date and working towards common goals. Sources and engages with development partners, working with sales/engineering to develop relationship to test outcomes. Supports testing of new inbound data feeds on ongoing basis, to ensure timely set up and onboarding, with accurate output Prioritises development using consistent criteria applied through PRF (product Roadmap Forum) process. Defines clear success metrics, using outcome driven techniques. Requirements management: collects, manages and maintains traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases; ensures that technical implementation is aligned to requirements, working collaboratively with agile team. Driving migration conversations for applicable customers moving from existing to new product suite, capturing blockers and developing into future roadmap items to support. Producing monthly Product KPIs and metrics for stakeholder and exec review. Joining Product Squads to drive cross-business activity on requirement validation and product launches Driving scope and requirements planning, with external customer led and internal stakeholder activity to validate

IF YOU HAVE:

Previous experience in a Product Manager role Ability to proactively gather relevant knowledge (e.g. industry, product, sector, technical and business) quickly from internal and external sources Ability to make pro-active suggestions for improvements based on knowledge Ability to ‘deep dive’ into detail of data and domain where required, understanding more technical and complex elements of the domain, to translate up and out to wider stakeholders Experience of capturing key insights from multiple information sources and sharing them through the most appropriate method e.g. Squad, Company session, Teams etc. Experience of using customer interviews, demos, ABC sessions to gather specific customer feedback and to understand customer appetite and priorities Experience of developing and nurturing good working relationships across Product, Tech, Commercial and Marketing teams Ability to enable good, quick and efficient decisions based on question, options, and a data-driven recommendation Experience of influencing and inspiring stakeholders to action
