We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Leonardo, a leading company in the aerospace and defense industry. As a Production Repairs and Spares Project Manager, you will work with our European Workshare Partners and Customers as part of the Praetorian Series Production Integrated Project Team (IPT).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage repairs and spares contracts according to agreed timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with stakeholders, internal business departments, and external partners
- Improve repair processes and metrics to enhance efficiency and quality
- Handle project warranty budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support Workshare Partner reviews, customer meetings, and project performance reviews
- Manage spares contracts, negotiate with suppliers, and present at project performance reviews
Requirements
- Proven project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects
- Strong communication and team working abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Capability to work independently and in teams, with a high level of autonomy
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Desired Skills
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration
- APM Qualified, with experience in project management methodologies
- Experience with SAP and knowledge of Praetorian products, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Previous work experience with BAES and European Partners, with a strong understanding of the industry
