An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Retail Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at a shopping centre site in Wembley, HA9 area. Hours: On average 36 - 48 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. 4 on 4 off, Monday to Sunday nights 19:00pm - 07:00am.

Pay: £12.50 per hour.

The officer will join a six man team.

They will be required to conduct regular patrols of the site as well as duties within the CCTV control room. The site contains a small shopping centre, however we are required to conduct regular patrols of the three residential blocks.

The officer will be required to liaise with the client, tenants and members of the public.

Person Specification

  • A valid SIA licence & CCTV licence.
  • A full five year checkable employment history.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible approach.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the site.
  • Liaise with client to fulfil security requirements on site.
  • Complete various security documentation.
  • Liaise with supervisor / manager effectively and efficiently.
  • Protect the image of high profile client and Kingdom.
  • Supervise and control site access.
  • Conduct regular site patrols.
  • Where appropriate and trained act as incident first responder.
