We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in our United Kingdom office who has experience in establishing and executing effective digital marketing strategies in the interactive gaming industry. The successful candidate will have a great passion for video games, and an in- depth understanding of digital marketing strategy, managing, and leading a diverse team of social media professionals. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for leading strategic discussions with key stakeholders across a diverse content portfolio to support the Level infinite brand strategy on social media channels globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and deliver comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligning with company's business goals. Develop creative digital marketing ideas, content, and collaborate in alignment with cross-functional teams to create engaging content to support Level Infinite brand promotions on social media platforms. Lead in developing digital launch campaigns for brand promotions on social media platforms, including SEM, SEO, social media advertising, email marketing, and display advertising, live streaming, KOL campaign, brand crossover campaigns, etc. Develop social media strategy for global and regional channels of Level Infinite brands and related businesses. Manage a team of Social Media and Community Management professionals across global and regional offices and lead in the development of goals, deliverables, and implementation of best practices Provide global and regional social media strategy support for Level Infinite partner studio products. Communicate directly with key stakeholders to define goals, develop effective strategies, and take a proactive role in the execution of tasks and activities. Provide data driven insights for strategy development, content implementation, and postmortem analysis.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, solid experience in running digital projects, including website, social media, KOL, etc. Experience in leading and directing the management of a team of community and social media professionals. Excellent communication skills and Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders across multiple global offices. Strong knowledge and working experience in the European market, fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in at least one other language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin). Proven experience as a copywriter or social media manager with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and engaging copy. Project management expertise with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. Proficientcy in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytical tools to evaluate social media results. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision; ability to work under tight timelines. Proven problem solver, results driven, and able to work on projects with some ambiguity. Experience with the Adobe Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, etc). Experience working is a culturally diverse environment.
