Principal Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management Processes and Operational Activities in Azure AD/EntraExperience in supporting customer requests for access provisioning, de-provisioning, password resets, role-base changes etc. on various platforms.Access management process execution.Experience with Entitlement Packages, PIM, and PAM.Experience managing identity life cycle events (user onboarding, offboarding/terminations, transfers).Focus on a Windows, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure.Assist in administration of security tools, including upgrades and patching.Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards and provide enhancement recommendations.Other Responsibilities:
Support of other cloud environments such as AWS or GCPMonitor the security endpoint devices in a distributed networkDocument process and procedures for IT and non-IT staffComplete projects and other duties as assignedEducation, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
Degree or diploma in a Computer Sciences program and/or related industry experienceExperience with IAM processes and procedures.Knowledge of cloud hosting solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, etc.Knowledge of security tools such as Zilla, Entra, and SentinelStrong technical and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Detailed oriented with the ability to create security configuration plansAbility to document data flows and network diagramsSecurity+ or other foundational level security certifications preferredMust have ability to collaborate and solve difficult problems, combining the ability to prioritize and function well in a dynamic environmentIngrained sense of accountability and ownershipContinuous drive for learning, pushing technical limits, and finding new solutionsYou should also expect:
