Chase Erwin arelooking for a highly organised selfstarter to join our team as atrade sales professional.
Due to the luxurynature of our brand the ideal candidate will have experience intextiles. The successful candidate will be responsible for x4 daysof client visits in London and x1 day per week admin based from theshowroom presenting the collection to designers building a strongsales pipeline exceptional customer follow up focused on achievingtargets and motivated on growing sales in the London market withinterior designers architects stylists anddecorators.
The ideal candidate will be friendlywell connected in the industry have strong initiative and anapproachable attitude whilst showcasing exceptional communicationskills and having the ability to identify and develop new businessopportunities. You will also provide feedback to management on whatdesigners are asking for and provide an impeccable and friendlyexperience expected by our clients.
There will bemonthly sales meetings to review appointments and KPIs you willwork to monthly sales targets with the sales team working closelywith the showroom salesperson to achieve budgets and shareinformation.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Be an ambassador forthe brand at all times
- Provide a luxuryexperience for all clients with your expertise and textilesknowledge
- Manage incoming enquiries and provideexcellent customer service and followup
- Identify and develop new businessopportunities to grow sales
- Reactivate dormantaccounts to encourage sales growth
- Activelycontribute to overall company target by taking initiative to reachand exceed individual targets building a solid sales pipeline ofproject information and specifications
- Attendnetworking events to improve our brand awareness and connect withdesigners
- X4 days on the road and x1 admin dayfor booking appointments
- Support and host salesactivities such as client meetings company and industryevents

- Highlevel competencywith Microsoft word Excel Google mail CRM Passion for customerservice and forming strong clientrelationships
- Previous sales experience wouldbe beneficial
- An understanding and interest inthe Interior Design industry
