Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join Bromley Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves providing community-based care through home visits, delivering evidence-based assessments, treatment, and advisory services. You will play a crucial role in managing and treating patients with neurological conditions, supporting their rehabilitation and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and deliver tailored Occupational Therapy interventions.
  • Provide evidence-based assessment, treatment, and advisory services for individuals with neurological conditions.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their functional abilities at home.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of patient care.

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with substantial experience in neurological conditions.
  • Proven experience in conducting community home visits and utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and providing advisory services.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
