The Role
This post offers an exciting opportunity to work at the award-winning Tranquil Spa at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, providing a high standard of first line support to clients, dealing directly with customer enquiries, taking bookings and requests.
The successful candidate will be required to take all forms of payment and ensure a high quality of customer service is always maintained.
The post holder must also be able to recommend relevant Spa Products to the Customers following Treatment and prior to use in the Thermal Experience.
This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position are 6 per week, working Sundays. Evening work may also be needed, and there may be the opportunity for overtime if required. You will be based at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
