About the Role

The Tranquil Spa at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Spa Receptionist. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional first-line support to clients, handling customer inquiries, and taking bookings and requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience at the spa
  • Take bookings and requests, and manage the spa's scheduling system
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Recommend relevant spa products to clients, both before and after treatments
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
About You
