Primary SEND Teacher

Protocol Education are working alongside a Swindon based SEND school to appoint a Primary Teacher/SEN Teacher for the new academic year in September 2024. If you are looking for a new, exciting and inspiring teaching placement, this will be the role for you.

The Ideal Teacher

The school are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, highly motivated, resourceful and enthusiastic Teacher to join its lovely school, to provide an irresistible invitation to learn.

The school need a practitioner who is skilful in designing and organising differentiated learning:

• Do you appreciate and celebrate learning wherever it takes place?

• Can you motivate a child who finds social interaction a challenge?

• Can you always calmly respond to a child’s needs?

• Can you celebrate all learning – the small, but huge steps of progress?

• Are you ready to take a risk, and believe in a child?

You will need to have an excellent understanding of child development and experience of teaching pupils with SEND. You will need to be a willing and inquisitive learner yourself and have the ability to work as a team with your own class and within the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
