This role is full-time, 35 hours per week, term-time plus one week.

Montpelier Primary School is a large, diverse and popular primary school where staff well-being is a key priority. We constantly strive to build on excellence and achieve the absolute best outcomes for all our pupils. This was noted in our recent Ofsted inspection, where the quality of education was judged as outstanding.
In addition to our three Reception classes, we have a 26 place Nursery led by an experienced teacher, all under the guidance of a strong and established leadership team. We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be well-supported and will join a staff team committed to positive continuing professional development opportunities and staff well-being. You will benefit from joining a friendly and welcoming school team with a positive culture of support, where ongoing professional development is valued and encouraged. We are situated in a beautiful, leafy area of West London and benefit from excellent transport connections. We offer on-site car parking, a staff well-being package and membership of the local authority pension scheme.
The role will initially be in one of our Reception classes or in our Nursery class and we are looking for a practitioner who can demonstrate:
* Excellent communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
* Enthusiasm for and commitment to providing high quality education
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Early Years provision.
