Is a skilled Early Years practitioner with strong pedagogical knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Has a passion for outdoor learning and the vision to create an outstanding, enabling, environment inside and out Is enthusiastic about the use of technology to support teaching and assessment in Early YearsValues teamwork and has a positive outlook Will fully support our vision of Brilliant Beginnings for every childHas a strong commitment to inclusion and understanding of SENDHas a love of learning and is committed to their own professional growth
