As the Regional Driving Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving sales in the area and increasing our client pipeline, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in the driving and logistics sector, whilst acting as a role model to the wider team. Reporting to the Head of Driving, you will be responsible for the Regional Driving Hub. This is a fast-paced role, giving you the autonomy to grow your own network across the region and oversee the growth of the Regional Driving Hub.

What will this role entail?
- Drive the regional hub profitability
- Focus on increasing GP % across all areas
- Ensure the Regional Driving hub is compliant in all areas
- Reviewing accidents and driver neg claims and proactively work on preventing loss
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients with significant temporary driver usage
- Identify decision makers and qualify leads gained from your network and the wider business
- Meeting monthly with Head of Driving and BDM to review strategy and potential business wins
- Actively promote KPI Recruiting through social and personal networks
- Work with Marketing to implement the sales marketing strategy and maximise opportunity
- Lead client facing sales meetings, providing presentation material where appropriate
- Fulfil sales targets set by the business including new visits and financial targets
- Report sales pipeline activity weekly to the Head of Driving
- Provide branch support to enable the successful delivery of KPI’s sales cycle
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market and legislation
- Liaise with the Operation ensuring the smooth and professional delivery of new business wins
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients in line with the company rate schedule
- Promote the growth of the regional driving hub with the delivery manager and resourcers
What KPI Recruiting would like to see from you:
- A full driving license is required
- Proven experience in driving recruitment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercially minded with high level attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Have a natural ability to persistently motivate yourself and your team
- Superb ability to build rapport quickly within both a tele and face-to-face environment
- Business development or sales experience.
- Have a full understanding of the driver Working Time Directive and EU Hours rules
- Must possess the desire to succeed and be passionate about recruitment
- Experience building and maintaining relationships
- Goal orientated and motivated to achieve and exceed targets
- A great sense of humour is essential
- Must be a team player
- Self-starter, with problem solving skills
