Interim Finance Business Partner

£45,500 per annum

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our growing New Ventures organisation, focussing specifically on the Precious Metals Recovery business, and supporting other areas as required. This role combines the strategic insight of a finance business partner with the technical expertise of a systems accountant.

Your role with us:

We are looking for people who have :

Experience within a manufacturing environment where they can demonstrate an understanding of the unique financial challenges and processes with the industry. Proven experience in a finance business partner or systems accountant role. A strong understanding of financial systems, ERP implementation and process improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

We are looking for people who are:

Qualified to degree level in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Exceptional communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Advanced in financial modelling, forecasting and using reporting tools. Significantly experienced with a high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
