Salary: £38,000+ per annum + up to 32% bonus

Albert’s Schloss is part of the Mission Mars Group, and we currently operate Albert’s Schloss in Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool, as well as Albert’s Schenke, Albert Hall, and Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana, employing 1300 colleagues.

· Highly skilled Head Baker with extensive experience in a premium restaurant or bakery environment

· Inspiring people leader who can develop and engage their team to deliver world class dishes and experiences for our guests

· Strong communicator who leads by example with professionalism and integrity

· Excellent coach and mentor to bakers of all levels

· Passion for brand standards and commitment to excellence

· Strong kitchen management experience – including GP, health and safety, labour and rota’s, allergens, equipment maintenance and auditing

· Passion for menu development and innovation

· Commitment to own personal development

· Competitive salary of £38,000+ per annum (depending on experience)
