The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Baker to lead our bakery team and deliver world-class dishes and experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a premium restaurant or bakery environment, with a passion for brand standards and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and engage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional bakery products and services
  • Lead by example with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Coach and mentor bakers of all levels to achieve their full potential
  • Manage kitchen operations, including GP, health and safety, labour, and rota's, allergens, equipment maintenance, and auditing
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation, ensuring alignment with brand standards

What We Offer

Competitive salary of £38,000+ per annum, with up to 32% bonus (paid quarterly), plus a range of benefits, including 50% off at all Mission Mars venues, workplace pension scheme, and industry-leading training courses.
