We have an opportunity for a Senior Claims Operations Analyst to join our Claims department here at TMK on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will report to the Head of Claims Operations as part of a team of 7 and will provide general operational support to the claims team, including working on projects and associated change management.

The role includes responsibilities for small-scale process analysis and improvement, including the design and implementation processes that adhere to regulatory and audit requirements. You will also be expected to deliver nominated projects by taking ownership of smaller projects or supporting colleagues with more robust projects. As part of your role you may be required to work with elements of reporting and claims data analysis. You will champion the company values and work in accordance with organisational behaviours, always being aware of the relevant rules and regulations in relation to financial crime and conduct.

The successful candidate will have a general insurance market background as well as knowledge and understanding of the London market. They will also have an understanding of the market practices, duties and obligations of the parties and a ‘can do’ attitude.
