We are looking for a dynamic nurse/ODP to join our professional, friendly and compassionate team you will do everything you can to ensure the patients treatment is of the highest standard.

This is a full-time role, hours a week working on a 7-day week rota. We know how important a work life balance is, so your working rota will be arranged 4 weeks in advance. Days off can be requested.

Main duties of the job

As our experienced registered nurse/ODP, you will provide skilled and considerate nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Department taking into account their specific needs during various procedures we provide.

Your sound clinical and infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge. 

About us

You will be a registered NMC Nurse or HCPC ODP with;

Relevant experience as an Endoscopy Registered Nurse Knowledge of inside the procedure room as well as admitting and discharging. Knowledge of Health & Safety/Risk Management within the operating department Organisational and management skills within a team. A flexible, positive attitude to performing a variety of duties Ability to be flexible with regard to working hours A knowledge of JAG Be able to work under PGDs
