             Join Our Team at Tersus Consultancy

Tersus are recruiting for a Commercial Admin to assist our Head of Region with her day to day administrative tasks. Working Monday to Friday with a 37.5 hour working week. This role can be worked from York, Huddersfield or our Dinnington office.

Tersus Consultancy, the largest asbestos consultancy in the UK, are securing numerous exciting projects nationally. We're recruiting a commercial admin to help us keep operations running and helping to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Provide top-notch administrative support to our commercial team, ensuring smooth sailing every step of the way
  • Manage multiple key contracts keeping everything in line and on track for success
  • Take charge of our CRM system, crafting quotes and managing data with precision
  • Assist in crafting commercial documents, including contracts, proposals, and quotations
  • Be the friendly face and voice for our clients, handling inquiries, accepting work orders, and keeping them updated on project progress
  • Navigate client portals and third-party systems with ease, ensuring data is managed and uploaded correctly
  • Tackle customer inquiries and concerns head-on, resolving issues swiftly and effectively
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to keep communication flowing and workflows streamlined

 

 

What do you need?

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
