Main duties of the job
Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of services, meeting stakeholder expectations and covering staff absences effectively.
Data Management: Capture, analyse, and report data accurately to support Merton Health and its partners, ensuring all key performance indicators are met.
Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports showcasing service achievements and address any performance issues with prompt, effective solutions.
Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with the Medical Director and Clinical Leads on clinical matters and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, GP practices, and Primary Care Networks.
Partnership Building: Foster and nurture relationships with local health authorities and providers to support collaborative service design and delivery.
Strategic Contribution: Support business development through procurement processes, tender management, and strategic planning, including identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Project and Process Management: Lead project management efforts, modernise systems with the latest IT advancements, and continuously optimise business processes.
Primary Care Advocacy: Actively participate in primary care initiatives, advocating for new ways of working and representing primary care interests.

Merton Health Limited (MH) is a dynamic GP Federation established in February 2015 to deliver quality healthcare to Merton's residents. Born from a commitment to innovation and collaboration in General Practice, MH unites 21 local member practices dedicated to robust community healthcare.
Our mission is to bring healthcare services closer to home for Mertons population. By working closely with partners across Merton and surrounding areas, we ensure comprehensive, accessible care for all registered patients. Most of our services are commissioned by South West London ICB, making them widely available to every patient registered with a GP in Merton.
