Handling a caseload of claimant Serious Injury claims,predominately RTA-based, with values ranging from 150K+ Deliveringexcellent client care to those who have experienced traumatic andlife-changing events. Supporting Senior lawyers with leadership andmotivation of the team. Conducting regular technical and casereviews, providing feedback and mentoring. Communicating withclients and meetings with a multi-disciplinary team of experts.Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability,causation, and quantum. Optimising client settlements.Person Specification: Qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEx.
