Working as part of the Community Health & Social Care (CH&SC) Pharmacy team, you will work within the Dumfries Pharmacy Hub, based at Mountainhall Treatment Centre, and in GP practices as part of our exciting General Practice Clinical Pharmacy service. 

Our pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy support workers take a leading role in medicines management and medication review as part of the multidisciplinary GP and CH&SC teams. 

This post is crucial in delivering the pharmacy service offered to the people of Dumfries and Galloway, supporting people to live longer, healthier and happier lives by helping them to make best use of their medicines. 

The education, training and development of our staff is of paramount importance to us, with our own education and training team, you will be provided with opportunities to continually develop as a professional.
