Join our team at SUEZ as a Sales Administrator, whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we invite you to apply for our position based in Morden. We are looking for a motivated individual who has a positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow within our dynamic team.

What will I be doing?

Assisting the Sales team with Sales Administration tasks, including preparing customer documentation, coordinating leads and allocating to team members based on assigned territory. Assist the Sales team responding to calls, email and chat enquiries, and support of Sales and Marketing campaigns. Contacting clients to understand their needs to identify the appropriate sales channels. Responsible for the creation and population of the sales quotations for customers on behalf of the sale representative. Produce accurate weekly sales reports to the Sales Team Lead when necessary.

Salary : £25,000 plus £1000 geographical allowance

Location: Morden, South London

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5PM

What you’ll need to apply:

Sales administration or sales experience in any background. Excellent interpersonal skills. IT proficiency, including MS Office suite and the ability to learn other software packages. The ability to build relationships and confidently network.
