An opportunity to join an inflight Workday programme as a Workday Functional Analyst / Test Support. 

You MUST have been part of a Workday implementation previously in a similar capacity. 

During the programme you will be responsible for supporting the functional / process work stream that includes requirements and design capture, testing and training. 
  • Responsible for defining and supporting the implementation of HR business requirement.
  • Responsible for eliciting, prioritizing and implementing HR business requirements 
  • Will work collaboratively with data and technical workstreams to support e2e solution
  • Support the end to end test execution phase by producing scenarios, creating test data and executing tests. 
  • Design/develop standard operating procedures and training guides.
  • Maintain robust change management documentation to satisfy internal/external audit controls and compliance practices
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday functionality
  • Support HR training alongside the training team. 

Contract: Outside ir35
Contract Length: Inital 8 months to cover phase 1 with the possibility of extension into phase 2.
