  • Postcompletion requirements to include experience of HMLR Registrationsandrequisitions

  • Liaisingwith Estateagents/lender/borrower
  • Requestingredemptionfigures
  • Assistingin the preparation of the sale contractpack
  • Assistingin reporting to clients with contracts tosign
  • Submissionofsearches
  • Supportingthe Head of Department in maintaining lender panelstatus
