You will deal with support issues related to the ICT systems at NUH, working out what users need and setting their access to the various systems so staff can work effectively.

Ideally you will already have experience in using software packages to create in person and online training materials, and full support will be given to you in learning aspects you are new to. We create many learning materials using templates and elements of existing training sessions so you will rarely be starting from scratch.

Each day will see you using your problem solving and interpersonal skills to solve real life ICT issues for NUH staff, with the satisfaction of resolving sometimes tricky ICT issues for the nurses, doctors and administration staff that make a hospital work effectively, and a link to some of the existing training materials that the team has developed for NUH staff.
