First CallAviation is looking to recruit Customer Service Colleagues forManchester Airport. Start Date 28th May2024

- Part Time 25hrs perweek

- Shiftsbetween 3am - 9pm (5 days on, 3 daysoff)

- CommissionStructure

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Providean excellent level of customer service, assisting with greeting andpassenger documentation.
  • Check-in andprocessing of passenger boarding cards and bagtags.
  • Board and process customers at theboarding gate.
  • Responsible for following strictsafety and security regulations
  • Assistcustomers to ensure a smooth journey through theairport

Requiredskills:

  • Ability to workin a fast paced environment
  • A high standard ofliteracy and numeracy
  • Ability to be able towork varied start and finish times
  • Able to workas part of a team
  • Good communicationskills
  • Strong ITskills

SecurityChecks:

  • Be able toprovide 5 years address history
  • Be able toprovide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefitclaim/character)
  • To obtain a full airsideID
