The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
  • Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing innovative architectural design consultations to clients.
  • Developing initial concept designs and renderings based on briefs to deliver powerful client presentations.
  • Identifying and resolving technical design issues and overseeing teams to ensure implementation is in line with design specifications.
  • Taking a design brief to understand requirements.
  • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work, in line with project cost, schedules and timelines.
  • Planning and executing construction activities to ensure smooth execution of the project.
  • Managing the project teams and sub-contractors in order to ensure activities are in line with project specifications and timelines.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 10 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
