Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7HY – including travel to our main sites.

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Corporate Health Lead to join our Executive Health team, with a competitive salary range on offer.

This is a full-time role with the following shift patterns: Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00, hybrid working model.

The Corporate Health Lead will support the daily operations of specialty programmes within the General Practice Institute (GPI) at Cleveland Clinic London (CCL), including but not limited to Executive and Advanced Health, as well as access for CCL Corporate Clients.

What will your duties include?

Develop and provide orientation plan and education to new team members.

Delegate work activities and assignments within the team. Develop guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating efficacy and modifying activities as necessary. Develop effective working team and set goals for the team. Encourage and support moral-building activities and positive attitudes.

Identify opportunities for enhancement and/or streamlining of operations. Investigate and proactively address issues or challenges as they arise, feeding back to relevant teams.

Maintain and analyse programme data relating to volume, patient experience, etc. to provide insight into performance and inform performance solutions where required.

What we need from you?

Significant experience coordinating or managing various projects is essential.

Effective relationship building skills are required.

Prior experience in healthcare, ideally in corporate or patient relations.

Experience in scheduling appointments, managing diaries and arranging meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in business or health care related field is preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology gained through experience or formal course work preferred.

Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills.
