As a Sourcing Leader you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets. Develops operational plan for own department. Contributions to plan of the larger unit.

As a Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

Placing and following-up on POs. Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Managing problems and scheduling changes. Updating the ERP. Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context. Having effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives. Servicing unit providing services to the function or directly to the business. Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Sourcing). Additional proven years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
