As a Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Placing and following-up on POs. Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Managing problems and scheduling changes. Updating the ERP.
  • Developing regular redesign of processes due to changing circumstances or management needs. Elaboration of process improvement are expected taking into consideration broader functional context.
  • Having effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
  • Servicing unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
  • Handling work requiring analysis and interpretation. Procedures don't cover all the exceptions. Approaches for exceptions have to be developed.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with proven years of experience in Sourcing). Additional proven years of experience in Buying-Procurement.
