Norse Transport Division are currently seeking a number of experienced Passenger Assistants to work across Norfolk. You will work alongside the Minibus Driver to transport our vulnerable children and adults to and from their destinations, supporting their wellbeing, providing a caring tailored service and ensuring a successful journey.

The role

As the Passenger Assistant you will be responsible for playing a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey. This is an essential service we operate across Norfolk. You will have hands on experience building relationships with our clients providing a caring tailored service to the local community.

Shifts

We have multiple positions within our transport team for Passenger Assistants, the main areas we cover are from Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn, Dereham, and Attleborough, Monday to Friday including AM and PM shifts. We are flexible and can offer either term time only or all year round positions.

Our Successful Candidate:

Good geographical knowledge of local area Previous experience in care based role Supportive and caring attitude Ability to work as part of a team
