Passenger Assistant

Norse Group is seeking a skilled Passenger Assistant - Transport Support to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Passenger Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our vulnerable children and adults in their journey, working alongside the Minibus Driver to transport them to and from their destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Minibus Driver in transporting passengers to and from their destinations.
• Provide a caring and tailored service to passengers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety throughout the journey.
• Build relationships with passengers and provide a supportive environment for them to feel comfortable and secure.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
• Previous experience in a care-based role.
• A supportive and caring attitude.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
