As the Relief Manager you will be covering the absence of the General Manager. You will be responsible of the smooth running of the community with a key focus on quality and standards as well as on sales and marketing, food and beverage, leadership of the staff team and overall commercial success. Mainly evening shifts and night duties.
We are looking for someone that:
Possesses strong leadership skills, is self-motivated, team player and who wants to be successful Is exceptional at communicating and has a natural affinity with older people Has extensive experience and a proven track record in either the hospitality or retirement living industry. Passionate about retirement living, providing exemplary standards of service and above all cares about our residents.
