Senior Radiographer

As a Senior Radiographer at our Brighton Hospital, you’ll have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), a postgraduate qualification and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.

As a Senior Radiographer, you will:  

See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy

Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward and in theatre

Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment and facilities

Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures

Supervise and develop junior colleagues

Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion

Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
