Part Qualified Accountant/AP Supervisor

You'll look after relationships with our key suppliers, so strong communication skills are a must. We have around 2 million transactions going through the business each year, the Finance Operations team ensure that all payments are made and received correctly.

We’re the market leader in the UK and are active in a number of other markets including Europe, Australia and India. This year we will continue to expand our presence in the US as well as setting up operations in new countries
If successful, you will
- Manage strong relationships with our suppliers and partners
- Take ownership of key customer and supplier ledger accounts, using initiative to contribute towards a fully reconciled ledger
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure an effective onboarding process for new suppliers & customers
- Work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to maintain a high level of customer service and financial support for the wider business
- Confidently mentor and coach the reconciliations team, offering support and training to help them complete their reconciliations
- Supervise stock and self-billing processes to ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
- Become a Superuser on the accounting systems with continued training and reporting knowledge assisting the team where required
About you
- You're a part qualified Accountant
- You're a confident problem solver with a proven ability to deliver high-quality B2B customer service, ideally in a high volume FinOps environment.
- You're an advanced Excel user, comfortable managing large amounts of data.
- You've got some experience with system implementation and development, bonus points if you've used Netsuite
