Associate HR Business Partner

 37 Hours per week 

 Salary between £35, - £40,

Norse Group has an exciting opportunity for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our HR team. This role is based in our new Head Office in Norwich.

This position is being offered on a full-time, permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Alternative working patterns and hours of work would be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

As an Associate HR Business Partner , you will be working as part of a dynamic and effective team partnering the business offering support, guidance and coaching to managers and leaders.

The Norse Group offers a broad range of services, including facilities management, property services and specialist care facilities. This variety offers a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills and expertise within a varied and diverse business.

The Role will require you to:

Build and maintain effective HR business partnering relationships across a set portfolio. Working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner to support change management programmes including the development of consultant documents and supporting consultation meetings. To take a key role in supporting projects to assist with the delivery of the HR strategy. Coach, guide and influence a range of stakeholders to get improved outcomes across the business Work in line with agreed SLAs to deliver an excellent service to your business areas Be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have:

A demonstrable knowledge and application of employment procedure, practice and law, particularly in reference to change. An ability to work autonomously and proactively to meet key SLA's Excellent communication skills and the ability to form effective working relationships across all levels of the business An ability to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to the wider aims and strategies A Level 5 CIPD qualified or be part-qualified An understanding of HR functions and system A full UK Driving Licence, as this role will involve some travel
