The role: Head of Service
We want to find a visionary Head of Service to spearhead our customer service and experience initiatives. This pivotal role aims to refine and execute an effective framework focusing on Customer Support, Service Enhancements, and Customer Experience, driving excellence and innovation within our market-leading platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and training of our customer service team to ensure unparalleled expertise and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of customer interactions, including email, phone, and feedback channels, to maintain and improve service quality.
  • Enhance team performance by working collaboratively across departments, ensuring a cohesive customer support experience.
  • Reimagine the journey for both brand and landlord clients, aiming for an exceptional and memorable experience.
  • Partner with the professional services team to elevate service standards. Work in tandem with sales and supply chain leaders to enhance satisfaction metrics and promoter scores.
