Full Time Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa in Altrincham. 

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

Main Duties of the Role

Welcoming members and guests to the clubAnswering phones from prospective customers and clients, taking messages and delivering themCompleting administrative tasks such as filing and photocopyingResponding to requests for help and informationMonitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility’s servicesProcessing membership applications and fees and issuing membershipsUpdating member records with new contact information and payment detailsMaintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by managementCollecting payment from members for gym services renderedExplaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility

Problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service skillsFlexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situationsDiscretion and sensitivityThe ability to maintain professional standards under pressureStrong IT skills and knowledge of booking systems and softwareExcellent administration and organisational skills
