Engagement and Wellbeing Lead

We are recruiting for an Engagement and Wellbeing Lead for the CP7 Southern Renewals Enterprise (SRE).
The Engagement and Wellbeing Lead will play a pivotal role in evolving our approach to EDI, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives within the Southern Integrated Delivery (SID).
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
- Develop and evolve the EDI Strategy and Plan in consultation with stakeholders.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of Engagement and Wellbeing Strategy and Plan.
- Oversee processes and tools for engagement and EDI, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the budget for engagement activities and secure funding for future needs.
- Maintain the People Function SharePoint page, ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Coordinate pulse surveys and implement changes based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager to create a calendar of events.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engagement events in liaison with the SID Communications Manager.
- Lead the Engagement and Wellbeing Steering Group with representatives across SID.
- Evolve Engagement and Wellbeing Strategy and Plan.
- Evolve EDI Strategy and Plan.
- Implementation of Engagement and Wellbeing Calendar of Events.
- Implementation of Key Engagement Initiatives.
